We’re looking for a Sales & Partnerships Lead to own sales, revenue growth and strategic partnerships from the ground up. This is a founding sales role with high autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, and real influence on how we go to market.
If you’re excited about selling technical products, shaping sales strategy, and closing meaningful B2B deals in Web3, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and close.
- Drive B2B revenue growth across infrastructure, developer tooling, and enterprise use cases.
- Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships that unlock distribution and long-term growth.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting.
- Work closely with the founder, product, and engineering to refine the go-to-market strategy.
- Sell to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including founders, CTOs, protocol teams, and enterprises.
- Represent Blockops at industry events, ecosystem meetups, and conferences.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships to support retention, expansion, and upsells.
Our Ideal Candidate should have the following:
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, business development, or partnerships (Web3, SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure experience is a strong plus).
- Proven ability to close deals and manage complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Comfortable selling technical products and translating value to different stakeholders.
- Strong pipeline discipline with experience using CRM and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in high-ownership, early-stage environments.
